About Us
My wife and I have spent many years traveling across Canada and the United States, as well as Europe.
As a result of those travels, we have spent many enjoyable nights in campgrounds. Our travels have brought us to many interesting and out of the way places. Our more recent trips have taken us to The Yukon, Alaska, and the Southwestern States.
Currently, we are planning a camping trip to the East coast of Canada, particularly to Newfoundland.

Family tent campers are vulnerable to severe weather, so they should be particularly alert for any developing storms. The absolute best way to stay informed is with a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) weather radio. You also need a plan for what you will do if bad weather (especially a tornado) strikes your location.

Because of a shift in the world’s economy, people are being forced to tap into their creativity and talents to make do in areas they once took for granted. Less people are traveling and taking the lavish vacations that they once took. Families are staying closer to home and are opting for camping trips and nearby vacation spots. Because of this, there are new trends that are emerging as the “In thing” to do.
